Rotary’s fiscal year starts on July 1 each year.
HWRC new / initial membership expenses include:
- $60 Initial membership fee
- $150 Annual due
- $172 Quarterly prepaid meals (13 meals x $13.25)
If you were to join HWRC on or after:
- July 1 (first quarter), your initial cost would be $382
- October 1 (second quarter) your initial cost would be prorated to $345
- January 1 (third quarter) your initial cost would be prorated to $307
- April 1 (fourth quarter) your initial cost would be prorated to $270
(If joining during the middle of a quarter your meal cost would be prorated also)
Your next expense would come on subsequent quarters (October, January, April) for $172 (prepaid meals).
Each following July 1 would have:
- $150 Annual due
- $172 Quarterly prepaid meals
Additional optional charitable contributions to consider during the Rotary fiscal year:
- $100 Paul Harris Sustaining Membership (a Rotary International fund)
- $100 HWRC fundraiser (supporting our club’s charities)
