The Houston Westchase Rotary Club is seeking your help.
We don’t want your money. We want you to help us staff a group of persons to volunteer as parking attendees at the Wings over Houston event.
Wings over Houston will be Saturday and Sunday, October 31 - November 1, 2009.
We need you to contact us (contact info below) with the names and ages of persons who can commit to volunteer.
These persons can be:
40 persons are needed each day (16 years old minimum).
Time frame is approximately 7 am – 3 pm each day.
Volunteers can commit to one day or both days.
Volunteers will need to dress for the weather (maybe sunny or maybe wet).
Volunteers will receive event hats and other apparel.
Volunteers will have free access to the event.
Volunteers will be able to see any aerial activity while on duty.
Food and drink will be provided.
Volunteers can attend a special meal for all Wings over Houston personnel (this will probably include the various performers) that will be provided after the event on Saturday.
